Central Election Commission Chairman Valdete Daka has pledged that they will fulfil all obligations in the function of achieving a democratic election process, Telegrafi reports.
“I invite all political subjects and all those who have a role in this election to abide by the law, the electoral rules that are in force”, it was expressed.
Laura Pula, national election co-ordinator from the State Prosecutor, has indicated that the prosecutorial system is committed to protecting the free vote for Kosovo citizens.
Pula has said 88 prosecutors and 40 officials from the prosecutorial system have been engaged in this election process.
“We have appointed 88 prosecutors and 40 officials from the prosecutorial system who will be the guardians of the vote protection on election day. Police and the state prosecutor have also finalised the strategic document for joint engagement and action in this process”, Pula has announced.
She added that the Kosovo Prosecutor and Police will arrest and stop all voters and responsible officials in any way try or influence misuse of the sovereign free vote. Fates sent by the Kosovo Judiciary Council have said the KDR has been mobilised for this election process.
She has announced that the KDR has hired 30 judges at the country's level for election day, who will be caretakers and will respond to all eventual demands coming from the prosecution.
Kosovo Police have also been engaged in maintaining the election process.
Operational planning has preceded implementation and implementation of the police plan in four phases, starting with;

3) Guarantee security in the key phase of election day,
4) The period after elections envisioning transportation under KB's support and security, sensitive material until the end of the process.
