Kosovo Customs 11 per cent more to enter this start

From Customs, they say there is a decrease in smuggling with goods. However, the most frequent cases, they say, are those where they try to smuggle into medical drugs and soft drinks.

Kosovo Customs spokesman Adriatic Stavileci says general revenues are higher than the previous year. According to him, the economy is starting to function, so consumption and import have increased.

Stevilec adds that in these cases, he tries to escape the excise tax. Customs' annual revenues in 2020 are 1 billion and 30m euros, or a 10 percent drop.
