I took a lot of photos from the residents, who said they had been eating cold food”, said Ari Isufaj for TODAY.
He, according to TODAY, had come from Kosovo as refugees during the war, as 14-year-old. Wednesday, the day the restaurant distributed hundreds of meals, also marked the 13th anniversary of Kosovo's independence.

“In Kosovo, we were prepared for this (kind of weather) with generators and such things, but such a cold weather caught us unawares”, he said.
