In this municipality, with 13 thousand people, it is not officially said to live around 700 Albanian residents.
Naser Iseni by mechanical profession represented the SP as the current mandate and again candidate with the same party with the argument that it has made a huge contribution to the Ehublen Community Assembly, where, according to him, there have been harsh but dignified debates about the welfare of the local population, and there has been no lack of support for private firms such as the maximum conditions for work and workers.
«in the legislature that is ending I was elected by the P party SIG, as an over-influencing commissioner. That's why I've again run, on this commission we've been nine members of all political parties in the composition of the Municipal Council and we've had access to all resources from the government to the budget, schools, works, other jobs, so it's been a unique experience and I've got a lot of knowledge of the municipality we've been living in for decades.», told Albinfo. ch Naser Iseni.
Along with Nasser Isen in the race for the Eeblens Municipal Assembly with the Socialist Party (SP) also figures Aranda Zeka (freeze and teachers, descended from Rahoveci), and Rexhep Shala from PRL. Ecublens is the 10th city of the Vaud Canton. Earlier it was considered a village, and now it has received the city's Primat with 80 million francs.
For the foreign community these municipal-level elections are also of great importance, because it is the second time that every citizen who lives more than 10 years in Switzerland and 3 years in the Vaud can vote on issues pertaining to city management. The Vaud canton constitution allows, in addition to confronting ideas between political parties for their programmes, to be considered, to convince foreign citizens to turn out to exercise this right to vote that is a challenge to these elections.
However, even in this election, much remains to be done to further the awareness of Albanians to vote when it is known that voters have rights and foreigners with permanent permission (C).
In these elections Albanians compete not only with the Socilacratic Party but also in the right or middle parties.
