A person from Kosovo wanted to enter Germany with a forged passport so he was forced by the police to return where he came from.
Last Tuesday, Germany's Federal Police checked in the vicinity of the Breitenau two pesonia locality coming from the Czech Republic with an Audi with a German census.
The driver, a citizen of Serbia (47), showed police during the inspection a French refugee passport and a Serbian passport, Sz.de writes.
While his driver (38) wanted to be identified with a Croatian passport, he broadcasts albinfo.ch. After checking this document, suspicion of total counterfeiting arose, reports federal police.
Emergency services later found in his luggage a Kosovo ID that was in his name. This led to suspicion of counterfeiting and unauthorized entry into federal territory.
As a result, criminal outcry was raised against the driver under suspicion of assistance and support of unauthorized entry. He was then forced to return to the Czech Republic, where he had tried to enter Germany.
The person with him in the car had a meeting Wednesday at the District Court, Pirna. At the suggestion of the Federal Police, the Public Prosecutor in Pirna practiced an accelerated procedure. Thus, the 38-year-old was sentenced to a jail term of 90 days.
The judiciary has also imposed a 900-euro fine for the convicted person. This was followed by his forced return to the Czech Republic.
