KMDLNJ: Places reserved in Parliament Are Threatened by Belgrade

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms, through a communique for the media, has said that countries reserved in the Kosovo Assembly are being endangered due to Belgrade's intervention through the Serbian List. According to KMDLNJA, a imposed representation of non-communist communities is under the influence of representatives [...]
According to KMDLNJA, by vote smuggling is creating an imposed representation of non-most communities, at the expense of the real and legitimate representatives of these communities and in full opposition to the Constitution of Kosovo and human rights.
Full response:
With the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, members of non-US communities enjoy special rights that can be taken both as an example for countries with a more developed democracy than in Kosovo.
In this context there are also guarantees for reserved countries that in the early elections of February 14, 2021, they are seriously endangered because of Belgrade's intervention, through Serbian List to change the architecture of representation of communities not majority by smuggling votes for their favourites so that the Serbian List will control 2/3 of MPs from non-communications.
Earlier, under threat, blackmail and even using physical violence, were excluded from the political game in Kosovo by all Serb political parties in Kosovo, which were integrated into Kosovo's state and social structures and working for the integration of Serbs in Kosovo and which, in all, this process was rejected by Serbia, through Serbian Lists.
The silent transition of violent elimination of political parties representing Kosovo Serbs in the affirmation plan created the conditions that in the last elections, this electoral violence and dominant efforts extend to non-principle communities, the Roma, Goran, Ashkali and others respectively.
In this way, by smuggling votes, a imposed representation of non-US communities is being formed, at the expense of the real and legitimate representatives of these communities and in full opposition to the Constitution of Kosovo and the human rights that guarantee, voluntarily, without imposing, without political and entirely independent interference to vote, to choose or resolve.
This, in recent elections, has been flagrantly violated as having become criminalising the voting process for non-major communities, planned by Serbia and implemented by the Serbian List.
KMDLNj solidifies with voters of non-major communities whose votes have been violated by Belgrade by smuggling votes from voters of another nationality, in the concrete case of Serbian nationalism and have been dominant in the elimination of the true representatives of non-party communities' candidates, in the concrete case of Bosnian, Roma, Goran and Ashkalija.
KMDLNj wants to become recounting of votes in all polls where there are allegedly smuggled votes that have affected the outcome of candidates for the non-party community that, in concrete cases, have been damaged by the possibility of representing the community they belong to.
Non-most parties have to follow the legal path, following the Certificate of results in order to protect and realise their rights guaranteeing the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and, in this direction, have the support of the KMDLNY.
If even after this electoral crime that presents direct intervention of Serbia, through Serbian List, is passed without legal and constitutional action, then a very dangerous presedan will be justified that, indirectly or directly, depending on how many MPs will be controlled by the Serb List, representatives and non-party community will suffer the fate of Serbian political parties in Kosovo, which, I say, have been excluded from the political process and the decision to the fate of Serbs who are integrated or want to integrate into Kosovo.
This should not be allowed in any way, on the contrary even the voting process, especially for members of the non-party community, it will not make sense to the fact that their votes will be placed in Belgrade, not in Pristina.
It would be good and, even necessary, that after the proclamation of preliminary results, the investigative bodies investigate the allegations raised by candidates and community political parties, not majority for manipulation of votes from Serbia and the Serbian List. Actually, if, for the Bosniaks Initiative in North Mitrovica, they vote mainly and in some cases (from some Serb municipalities) exclusively Serb voters, then, naturally, suspicion arises based on clientistic, smuggled votes and for political purposes.
