8 prisoners have refused to vote, 2 are in hospital, while 3 are foreign citizens.
“dt.14.02.2021 between 09.40 and 14.40 p.m. at the Prizren Para-burging Centre (centre 200101) voted 46 prisoners, out of the 60s that were currently in the institution. They refused to vote 8 prisoners, 2 are in Hospital, 3 convicted statesmen are foreign (without vote) and one has no record in lack of legalisation, has not been given a personal number”, becomes known to the media.
According to KMDLNJA, the process has been well advanced and headed by the three-member KKZ commission in Prizren.
