The new web has contemporary design and offers easy access to the entire public.

From the start, all communication channels with KED are marked. This has been done in order for the consumer to be informed of a surprise and directed if he needs to report an emergency or some misuse.

The very important innovation is the fact that consumers will look at the front of the map of the planned network works, where through visual vision consumers can understand much more easily and quickly has the company planned the next few days' network work done to advance the services they receive.

Also on the forehead, all citizens can take the form of application and find all detailed guidelines for steps needed to become a new consumer in KED.

At the same time, all open KED tenders for various procurements are published there, where interested companies can receive important details to prepare their bids.

We have also added frequent questions to help each consumer get answers to the questions that interest you in in a very short time. Community activities are not missing either, and citizens now through individual features are able to be announced on the extremely important issues for society, for which our company keeps raising its voice.

KEDS offers on its platform many other services, which will greatly facilitate the approach of the country's citizens in issues involving electricity.

The purpose of these changes is for the company to always be on track with time, technological developments and closer to Kosovo citizens.
