National State Prosecutor Laura Pula's election co-ordinator, Laura Pula, has said that in the case in northern Mitrovica, who was reportedly allowed to vote several times, they are waiting for confirmation to intervene.
She has said that so far they have recorded two cases that deal with photography, one in Prizren and the other in Pristina.
Meanwhile, for the incident in Skenderaj, Pula said it has to do with other criminal acts, not with violation of voting rights.
“Based on coordinates we get information. As for Skywright, prosecutors in co-operation with the police have interviewed persons who have had clashes. It has not been a criminal offence, but it is not about voting rights, it is another criminal offence”, Pula said.
Pula also explained that the commissioners inside and observers should report on irregularities, as police and prosecution cannot enter the polls unless irregularities are reported
Neither the state prosecutor nor the Kosovo police can enter. Only when they call us, we can get in. If they do not report to us as they are charged, then the responsibility is upon them. Now I got this information and I believe it will be treated in time”, Pula said in RTK.
The National Election Co-ordinator from the State Prosecutor said the situation so far is considered to be good in the process.
We only have two cases so far. There have been information on incidents, but these cannot be considered cases because they are not deemed criminal acts. So far the situation is good. One case has occurred in the Prizren municipality, which is a photograph of the vote, which is banned the person and the other is in the Pristina municipality”, Pula said.
By contrast, Sara Jaka, commissioner at the “polling station,Aziz Sylejmani”, known as “Staff Sava” has said that full Serbs are voting several times.
Jaka, in a post on the social Facebook network, writes that the Serbian-speaking leader, was very well aware and is co-operating with them.
