Hykmete Bajrami: There is no connection between my resignation and police action today

Bajrami has confirmed this today for Periscope, where she said it has been her request for release.

Asked whether her resignation had anything to do with today's dep. economic crimes action in the Kosovo Police, she told Periscope that it has no connection, writes Periscope.

In her letter of resignation, she has stated that the reason is completely personal.

I ask you to release me from duty of the minister of finance in office. I am leaving, from the minister's position for personal reasons, and will engage in the MP's position in the Republic Assembly after the signing of the elections”, Bajrami has written in the motion for resignation.
