Hoti from Peja: VV accused US officials of sitting with knives on maps

The candidate for prime minister from LDK ranks, Avdullah Hoti, has spoken to citizens at the official opening of the Democratic League campaign in the Pec region.

In his speech, Hoti has spared no criticism of the Vetevendosje Movement for insults against American officials.

“They accused and offended top American officials of being stuck with knives on maps to tear Kosovo apart. When we took the government, we went to Washington and there were neither knives nor maps, but signed the economic agreement on $1 billion projects, brought new recognition and strengthened our special friendship with America. With this agreement, we opened the joint point in Merdare, and this year our fellow countrymen have been waiting less to come to Kosovo for last year's” holidays, Periscopi broadcasts.

He has said that from the threat of withdrawing American troops from Kosovo, the LDK-led government has managed to send the Kosovo Army on international peacekeeping missions together with the American Army. /Periscopi/
