Hoti: LDK has all doors open in the US, Europe and anywhere in the world

The candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) for prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, said Thursday during the election rally in Pec, that the LDK-led government, as part of the European People's Party, has all its doors opened in Europe, the United States of America and elsewhere in democratic countries. Kosovo is [...]
With our governance, Kosovo has returned to normality, trust in our Euro-Atlantic allies has been returned, economic sanctions removed from the US, recognition came from Israel, started $1 billion projects from the Washington Agreement, managed to manage it better than anyone else, and saved our country's economy. Our opponents are campaigning lynching, making baseless and unthinking promises, producing false news, threatening justice institutions”, Hoti said.
He said that when they took the lead in the government, Kosovo was in international isolation, while officials from the past government accused and insulted top American officials for being stuck with knives on maps to tear Kosovo apart.
When they took the government, we went to Washington. There were no knives and maps. We signed economic agreements on $1 billion projects, brought recognition from Israel and strengthened our special friendship with America. With this agreement we opened the joint border point in Merdara, and this year our exiles have waited less at the border when they visited their families for holiday season. From the threat of withdrawing the US Army, we have managed to send the Kosovo Army on international peacekeeping missions along with the US Army”, the LDK candidate for prime minister said.
Prime Minister Hoti also spoke of the programme the LDK offers to Kosovo and Peja.
Our “government will guarantee the minimum 300 euros wage. We will remove the restrictions for 15 years on contributing pensions. By 2023 there will be no social or pension assistance under 300 euros. Social assistance will be linked to the cost of living and up by 30%. We'll institutionalize the care of people with special needs. Like you and Peja citizens, I'm upset why it didn't go the way we wanted Borea's project. I promise Mayor Muharnier and all the patients from this gathering, that with me the prime minister and Gazmend chairman, Borea will become what we have planned and, as the petans want”, he said.
By voting the number 132 on February 14th, the prime minister said citizens vote for the preservation of Kosovo's western course.
