Through a post in his Facebook account, Hoti has said that Kosovo is the first country in the Western Balkans with Investment Promotion Agreement (IIA) with the DFC.
Hoti has declaration that the deal which has already entered into force enables the US International Finance Development Corporation (DFC), the US Development Bank, to bring the scope of financial products to Kosovo, including debt financing, investments in equity, security of political risk and grants for technical assistance.
“This agreement which has already entered into force enables the US International Finance Development Corporation (DFC), the US Development Bank, to bring in the range of financial products in Kosovo, including debt financing, investments in equity, political risk security and grants for technical assistance”, Hoti wrote.
