The candidate of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo for president, Ramush Haradinaj, has said that if the February 14th election fails to reach a name for Kosovo president, elections will be a failure.
The AAK has opened the campaign in Prizren. The campaign opened at a rally where anti measures were not respected - CO VID.
A fundamental idea continues to be ours that we want to live in peace with our neighbours, but to protect ours. Prizren is a city that honors us. City of cultural, religious heritage values. Prizren has its challenges, lacks railways, connection with Tetovo, will be together for Prizren and Kosovo. On February 14th, when we vote the success of these will depend not only on the election of the Parliament but also on the president's. If we don't elect the president, these choices will be failure”, he said in his speech. “I am the Alliance's candidate for president, the one who ensures the government's support, the prime minister whose country has”.
Albanian Kastrati, a candidate for MP from this party who has been excluded from the list because of the conviction he has had, has said that even though he was disfellowshipped he will continue to ask for the AAK vote.
Haridinaj will be a president to unite citizens. Kosovo's future is threatened by Serbia, our neighbour is becoming more aggressive from day to day. Only a strong leader can stand by Vuciqi and Serbia”, she has said.
