The Gucati and Haradinaj case: Z The SP will hand over its preliminary file until April 9, 2021

During today's status conference in the case of Gucati and Haradinaj, the judge of the preliminary procedure in the case, Nikola Giyu, has ordered the Specialised Prosecutor's Office until 9 April 2021, to hand over its preliminary file.

That's what it said at a Special Chambers briefing.

While at today's session, Gucati and Haradinaj's lawyers have called for until July to hand over the pre-trial file.

We remember that Gucati and Haradinaj for more than four months are staying at The Hague's detention centre.
