The first decision adopted after reviewing today's meeting has been the decision to continue the mandate of the Commission's Director for the Investigation of Aeronautic Accidents and Aeronautic Accidents and Incidents, Mirsim Beqiri; and members of the Commission for the Investigation of Accidents and Aeronautic Incidents, Arben Dika, whose mandate lasts five years.
In addition, the government cabinet has also given approval for the approval of the Regional Development Development Development Plan for Implorement, Massa 15 “Support for existing and new programmes related to regional development through the Regional Development Ministry, affecting balanced regional development. To that end, budgetary means worth 1,000.00,000 (a million euros) have been allocated for support of existing and new programmes related to regional development and impact balanced regional development.
The government has also approved the decision to re-regard the means in the Regional Development Ministry from the capital spending category, namely from the project: “Regional Development Programme”, for 2 (two) capital projects in line with 2 (two) annexes of understanding for capital projects signed by the Minister of Regional Development and Commissions. Divided tools will be divided for projects like the following:
- The socioeconomic development project in the Kamenica municipality has been channeled in many of the $30,000.00;
- Tourism development project on the Decani Mountains in many of the 155,073.15.
At this meeting the Government has among other things approved the 2020-30 Regional Development Strategy. This strategy identifies three main objectives for achieving a balanced and sustainable development of the country's regions and for overcoming inter-regional differences and inequality. The first strategic goal is co-ordinating regional development policies through drafting balanced development legislation, co-ordination and co-operation with all relevant institutions and actors; The second objective is balanced regional development and regions capable of inter-regional competition, through reducing differences in terms of socio-economic development and raising the quality of life in developing regions; The third strategic goal for sustainable regional development based on natural, economic, cultural and human resources resources through the use of natural and economic resources, which is one of the foundations of local and regional economic development.
The Government's approval in today's meeting has also made the decision to re-regard financial means in the Ministry of Local Power from the capital spending category, namely from the “municipal programme for development of socio-economic infrastructure and inter-communal co-operation” for the realisation of six (6) annexes of understanding agreements signed by the Minister of Local Power with mayors. The value of re-regarded means is 215,025.45 euros, and these tools are re-launched into projects as follows:
Building toy partners in the children's nest ʹ North Mitrovica municipality, 21,529.10 euros;
Istog's municipality, 50,000 euros, on the road to Luluavc, Istog Corporation;
Asforting uncategorized roads in the Zvecan municipality, 49,847.75 euros;
Building the sidewalk on the route of King Petar I, the Northern Mitrovica municipality, 23,885.60 euros;
Road lighting in the Local Community of Leposaviqi-Leposaviqi, 19,852.90 euros; and
SHM court lighting “M.P. Alas”- North Mitrovica municipality 49,937.90 euros.
The government cabinet has also approved the decision to continue the mandate for four (4) years for Mr. Lulzim Syla, in position of Chief Inspector of the Market Inspectorate.
The government cabinet's approval at today's meeting has also taken the decision on the obligation of all government institutions that have access to sales prices in all real estate transactions to publish their Web sites. This decision has been approved in order to fulfil obligations taken under the 3rd indicator of the IPA 2019 budgetary support programme, Part 2, objective 2, which concerns transparency in the real estate market to increase revenues and fight informality.
