(5 years ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Randa Crime Department, has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure, to the defendants B.T., A.T. and A.S., due to alleged involvement in criminal acts of ownership, control or unauthorized possession of arms, and heavy body launch of the Republic Criminal Code [...]
According to the request, on February 22, 2021, in Gjilan, defendants B.T., A.T. and A.S., have caused serious bodily injuries to the injured F.G., in the manner that originally defendant A.S., after a verbal discussion with those injured about a property, approaches B.T., who removes the injured by taking hold of his arm, strikes him in the face and brings him down to the ground, with whom two other defendants intervene by attacking with the same fists, which cause serious bodily injuries to be inflicted on his body, which he requires a doctor.
In this way the defendants are suspected to have committed the criminal offence of the KPRK's serious bodily assassination.
The defendant B.T., on the other hand, is also suspected of carrying a gun in possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons because without proper authorization and permission has held a gun, which is seized.
The same with the prosecutor's decision is found at a 48-hour ban.
