According to Gekaj, the LDK, is a normal party, and therefore builds normal government with normal prime minister.
He has later written that Kosovo did not regard a muscular government of commanders.

The LDK is a normal party, and therefore builds normal government with normal prime minister. It has proved undisputed that Kosovo needs neither the muscular governance of “commanders”, nor their leaders, nor the governance of the violators and destroyers of institutions!
