- All primary and secondary schools of the Republic of Kosovo are directed as early as class, on February 16, 2021, to discuss February 17th 2008, the day of Kosovo's declaration of Independence.
- All municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo are directed to adorn major city roads and squares with the flag of the Republic of Kosovo.
