Fatist after reporting he beat up a citizen: They want to spoil my image.

The chairman of the Podujevo municipality from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks, Speed Bulqi, has reacted after Kosovo Police and Prosecutor have started working to whitewash a citizen who in the police has said he has been nailed to his throat by the head of the municipality during the time he was seeking help at the centre [...]

Bulliqi says such news is not true and that the Communist official's claims are fiction, according to him, to hurt VVA on the eve of the election.

He says that during the time he was in the QKMF he was accompanied by Health Director Driton Veliu and QKMF Director Ymer Llugaliu.

“Explaining a news report being circulated at various portals, that I have supposedly attacked a municipal official today at the main Centre of Family Medicine. These claims are completely false and slander with the sole intention of damaging my reputation as mayor of the municipality and my political subject on the eve of the February 14th elections. During my visit to the QKMF, I have been accompanied by the director of the Health Directorate, Driton Veliu, the director of the QKMF, Ymer Llugaliu and other doctors and nurses, who can easily testify that nothing happened there, and all the claims of this official are fiction and low-instance”, Bulqi wrote.

Kosovo Police have confirmed the case, saying that, along with the State Prosecutor, they are working to clear claims.
