On 11 February, the next session will be held at the Special Court against former KLA leaders Hashim Thaci, Rexhep Selimi, Jakup Krasniqi, and Kadri Wessel.
The first session to be held Thursday of next week will be a statuteic conference on the performance of the case, the news says.net.
And in this session, there are some issues that will be filed.
During the hearing, the judge of the preliminary procedure will ask the parties for updates, if there are, on unresolved issues from the Second Status Conference, and the written and oral ones they've done on them.
Concretically and in addition, the pre-procedure judge will request updates for the following issues, in the sequence specified as follows:
What progress has been made in uncovering material testify by the Special Prosecution, in particular:
Regarding the material of the Rule 102 (1) (a), whether the discovery and obligations regarding this material have been fulfilled; and
a. as far as Rule material 102 (1) (b) remains to be discovered, and if the specialised prosecution provides for protective measures for the 102th rule material (1) (b) until March 5, 2021;

Prosecutor's investigations and the next steps:
If the prosecution could further update the anticipated date of the end outstanding investigative spreading; and

Defence investigations and future steps:
