Peter Stano, the EU's spokesman for foreign affairs, has said they are working intensively to resume dialogue once the new government is formed.
The dialog jobs are continuing. Lajcak is committed to co-operating with EU partners, Western Balkan countries and the international community. Special meetings between Kosovo and Serbia will begin after the new government<x1 is formed in Kosovo, Peter Stano said.
However, international Professor Africa Hoti and that dialogue under Lajcak almost had no success.
There was little success in this process to say no success. Kosovo will already pass into an election process. Last year because of pandemic, but also because of a very complicated and sensitive political process, Kosovo has not had the authority to get the dialogue”, Africa Hoti said.
Emir Abrashi from “Democracy Plus” says Serbia's interest is for dialogue to drag on as much as possible.
Kosovo's “Pala, I believe, has an interest in the dialogue ending as soon as Serbia has an interest in dragging this issue on. But now in the U.S., we have a president who knows the situation and knows what happened in the past”, Emir Abrashi said.
The arrival of Biden at the helm of America by connoisseurs of political affairs is seen as hope of accelerating the completion of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
