University Professor Blerim Latifi has reacted via Facebook after the U.S. Embassy cablegram in Kosovo.

Covid has ruined Kosovo, while Kosovars act as if there is no virus, and wanderers are attacking embassy staff”, says the official American Embassy cablegram in Pristina.
