Arsim Bajrami's full delivery:

The people of Kosovo have once again confirmed political maturity and statehood by holding elections with higher democratic standards in the region.

Congratulations, Vetvendosje Movement for the plebiscious victory. That historic victory should be understood as trust and responsibility to govern with the state-of-the-art logic. In Kosovo, it must be understood that power is won only by election and not by post-election plots. More than a victory, this has been a punishment vote for the mistakes other parties have made in the last five years. The decline of Kurt's government in time of pandemic has been a fatal mistake for losing parties.

The LVV has to transform its ideological mentality and opposition with a new Euro-American vision that has to complete the process of statehood and democratic transformation.

Praise your friends in the PDK for the dignified position in accepting defeat and the decision to stay in the opposition.

As one of its founders, advise colleagues to complete the transition of generations and build a new leadership on the basis of democratic elections within the party. The PDK must be freed from serviles, profiteres and indictees. In time, I had advised my friends in the PDK to give up the logic of reviewing governments, especially under undefected conditions, and prove to be the State Defence Party of the Republic of Kosovo.

Now the winner and losers have to put aside electoral euphoria, form state institutions as soon as possible, and achieve the unity needed for the preservation and protection of the vital interests of the Republic of Kosovo.
