By a ruling by the Supreme Court that Metro newspaper has secured, this Court has decided to reject the Appeals Court's decision regarding the position of Basri Sejdiu's work and return it to the top of the USKKUK.
After that decision, Basri Sejdiu would have to return to work as director of the Kosovo Hospital and University Clinic Service, which is currently keeping him from infectiond Valbon Krasniqi.
We remember that Basri Sejdiu was fired in July 2020 by a new USKKUK Board.
