Kosovo's ambassador to the United States, Vlora Citaku, has released several photos showing the way they were scanned and then submitted diplomatic relations-building documents.
“Diplomacy in time # COVID. Israeli MPJ officials scan and fax notes for the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kosovo and Israel”, Citak wrote in the Instagram.
