DnV: By 1300, 19.8% of voters have voted

The voting process across the country is continuing to be monitored by the Coalition of NGOs “Democracy in Action” with the aim of regular public information on the management of this process.
According to DnV observers' reports, from the beginning of the voting process until 1: 00 p.m., the citizens' exit to the vote at the country level is reported to be 19.8% (wrong margin 0.52%).
Turnout of citizens at the polls divided according to the regions brings Pristina 2% higher than the country's average.
While the exit to Ferizaj, Gjilan and Mitrovica is brought under the overall average.
Gjakova and Peja have registered lower exits for 2%, while exiting Prizren is even lower 4% less than average, respectively. By contrast, in Serb majority municipalities the exit has exceeded 10% the average exit rate at the country level.
By 1: 00 p.m., at 26% of the deployments, it has been reported for partial implementation of measures to prevent the distribution of COVID-19 during the vote, while 1% of the deployments these measures are not being respected at all. In 41% of the deployments, demand to remove the mask for identification needs has been made only partially, while 27% of voter deployments have not been asked to remove the mask at all.
