In 2009 and 2010, he witnessed Serbia's war crimes prosecution.

Then in his testimony, Jovan Golubovic had nothing to hide from the events he says he witnessed in three wars Serbia sparked in Kosovo, Bosnia and Croatia.

The 55-year-old retired police officer relates his participation in the attack on the Serbian state in three days of March 1998 on the Yashari family in Skyright Preskaz.

The most I have in mind is that that action in the lower Prekaz Lagen Jashari was not above the use of force but it was Serbian madness”.

There was a terrorist named Adem Jashari who owned large weapons and our unit had to raid his house and proceed if weapons were discovered”, he says.

I was wondering even though all this action is about one person. But we realized from the beginning that things are not simple and the action was ordered by Slobodan Milosevic's head of state directly through Jovica Stanisqi, chief of the State Secret Service”.

Belgrade's order for the mask on Yasar, Golubovic says it has implemented Goran Radosavljevic-Guri, chief of the Serbian Gendarmerie, who is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party at the helm with Aleksandar Vuciq.

Golubovic, recalls that police themselves provoked the launch of an assault with weapons of different calibres.

A police car with a megaphone from which "Adem Jashar" has been called out and not resisted because they have come to raid. At some point someone starts shooting. Later we realized that someone on our part fired to provoke the situation. No shots were fired from the homes of Adam Jashar”

In Drenica's fighting, Golubovic says he personally participated and Milorad Ulemek-Legija, head of the Red Berets in prison for the assassination of Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic.

”Adem Jashari was executed with bullets behind his back. He used some kind of shelter he had in his basement, and he's protected from it. He was part of the Yugoslav Army in Slovenia and had knowledge of fighting. Serbian opinion does not know, but some certainly know, and I have witnessed with my own eyes that Adam Jashar is slit to the throat of”, he declares.

Golubovic, he's talking about the horror scenes after the massacre.

We've gathered the bodies of those killed there were women, children and elders in a truck that I've shown the prosecution exactly what tool it was about, who guided it, what the sign was. That truck has been moved through the neighborhood, and the bodies of those killed have been collected”.

To fail to see the bodies of those executed by journalists' teams, the uniformed witness then says the burial was ordered.

The order was clear since we left the Prekaz. No one has to leave the village alive. We gathered the bodies of those killed there were women, children and elders in a truck that I told the prosecution exactly what tool it was about, who drove, what the signs were. With that truck moving around the neighborhood and the bodies of those killed have gathered. We were ordered to bury them in a village meadow. We opened graves and buried 32 bodies. Serbia's state has given the coffins”.

Golubovic, remained part of the special police unit until the end of the Kosovo war, and without many murders and torture of civilians.

The man from Vlast authorities claims he knows the whereabouts of a mass cemetery in southern Serbia.

A truck worth more than 40 troops of mainly civilians killed from 2 to 72 has been brought to burn in southern Serbia in the Surdulica municipality. The burning was not done and was sent to another location for the dead to sink. Me and some people know exactly where that mass cemetery is”.

When I mentioned this in the DA, they told me not to talk about this case, we'll deal with it later. I can't die without saying this”

He accuses today's leaders in Serbia, President Aleksandar Vuciq, and Parliament Speaker Ivica Dacic of being silent about crimes that have been committed because according to Golubovic, they are part of the tape that brought the whole tragedy to the former Yugoslavia.
