In the QNR, the CEC's voter service has also begun processing the assessment of the alleged package packages with their balloting and selection coming from outside Kosovo during the voting period through mail from February 02th-12th. This process aims to verify whether these packages were sent by registered persons who are successful as voting abroad, or whether those packages will have met the legal criteria he said.

Elez further confirmed that without this process to be carried out, they cannot know what total votes there are from the diaspora.

And until then, we don't know what's the number of votes from abroad”, Elez said.

Elez also provided details about the processing of forms for political subjects and those of candidates.

“In the QNR is being processed to introduce data from the results forms of the political subjects and candidates, which have been completed at locations by members of decision-making councils on Election Day after counting ballotes.
