We are currently accepting various electoral materials from various municipalities in the QNR. Then there are certain procedures such as scanning final voter lists, and within days we will start the voting counting process”, he told RTV Dukagjin.
Elez says it is difficult to know the announcement of the final outcome.
“Even after declaring the final result to political subjects and candidates have the right to complain”, he added.
Elez says these elections were better organised by the preliminary ones, even though according to him they were few days available to prepare for the process.
