All the decisions made at the task meeting

The incumbent Kosovo government on Thursday has held the electronic collection in which several decisions were made.

Financial tools for Kosovo's 13th anniversary Organising Council for the reconstruction of Ulcinj Castle for subsidies and other decisions were distributed at this meeting.

The following are all decisions made at today's meeting:

Directed by the incumbent Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, in accordance with the Government's Labour Rule, corresponding collection has been held, the 61st consecutive meeting of the Government, in which decisions and documents have been adopted from the areas of constitutional and legal responsibilities of the Government.

After the review, the financial preliminary report on budget execution and balance of funds was approved for 2020. According to the report accessions during 2020 total 2,204.68m euros, which are 85% of the planned annual accessions, and there is a 1% reduction compared to the previous year. While payments this year have been 2,329.87m euros and represent 83% of planned payments, while compared to the preceding year marks an increase of 8%.

The government has adopted a decision on sharing financial means for rebuilding Ulcinj Castle, following damage caused by the floods in Montenegro. Financial means have been allocated under the decision to many of the 10,000 (ten thousand euros).

The government cabinet has also earmarked financial means worth two hundred thousand euros (20000,000 euros) for the amount of damage from the floods in the Bujanoc municipality.

The government cabinet at today's meeting has also approved the decision to appoint the Electoral Commission to recommend membership candidates to the Procuratory Organization Board in this composition:

1. Izedin Bytyqi, Secretary-General at the Ministry of Infrastructure, presiding;

2. Iber Alay, U.d. Secretary General at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, member;

3. Faith Camberaj, U.d. Secretary General at Regional Development Ministry, member;

4. Cameron Gashi, director general of the Information Society Agency, member;

5. Lulzim Ejupi, Secretary General at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, member.

After the review, the decision to approve the amendments was also approved at Table 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 and 4.2 of Law No. 07/ L-041 on the Business Divisions for the Republic of Kosovo Budget for 2021, for the fulfillment of outstanding financial obligations from the preliminary year for multi-year capital projects based on paragraph 2 of Article 9 of this Law. The decision imposes municipalities and ministries influenced by this decision for its implementation. The decision will be prosecuted at the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo for information.

The government has allocated budgetary means for the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development to the amount of 12m euros under the Agricultural Policy and Markets programme in the “category. Subventions and Transfer”.

The decision to change and fulfill Government No. 0333, of September 28, 2020, for implementation of the Economic Recoveration Programme (PRE) in the agriculture sector, Massa 4A doubles the budget for the 2020 Direct Payment Programme. By change, the point 1 of this decision is reformed as follows: “In order to implement the Economic Recovery Programme in the agriculture sector, Mass 4 A-doubled budget for the 2020 Direct Payment Programme doubles direct payment values (subventions) for each culture previously seen in the 2020 Direct Tax Programme compared to 2019. For the subsidy of the wine line produced during 2020 and officially declared by 15,01,2021, doubling from 4 cents to 8 cents will be included in the 2021 Direct Payment Programme.

The government cabinet has also approved the decision to change and fulfill Government's No decision. 06/58, 1401,2021. The decision will change and complete sub-paragraph 1.7. (MASA 7) Government Decision No. 06/58, on January 14th 2021, which is being reshapeed as follows: “In the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, under-program Department of Agricultural Policy will be divided into many of its 12,000 (Twelvem euros) according to the criteria and procedures of the Direct Taxation Programme for 2020<82>.

With the decision adopted at today's meeting, the No. Government's decision has been changed and fulfilled. 0137 of the 2410,2020 for the appointment of N. P. Kosovo's Elektronergenetic Corps (KEK” A. According to this change and completion Mr. Muhamet Lama has been appointed a member of the Early Board of Directors in this public enterprise, until the board's selection with full mandate.

The decision to authorise the Orthopeda Clinic at SHSKUK has been adopted in co-ordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Goods and the Association of KLA War Invalids, to provide and regulate protests and provide other services that concern the question of the needs of the KLA war disabled. All expenses for realisation of these services will be covered by the Republic of Kosovo's budget, in accordance with legislation in force.

After review by the government cabinet, the final decision on expropriation for public interest in real estate has also been adopted, which is affected by the restoration and Conservation of the Ktebibit object The KLA in Kostercão City.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved at today's meeting the decision to establish the Organising Council for marking the thirteenth anniversary of the Republic of Kosovo's declaration of Independence. The Organising Council for the 13th anniversary of Independence will have this composition:

1. Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, leading;

2. Representative, Ministry of Defence, member;

3. Representative, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, member;

4. Representative, Ministry of Internal Affairs, member and

5. Representative of the Prime Minister's Office, member;

They are invited to send from a representative to the Council:

1. Representative, president's office, member;

2. Representative, Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, member;

3. Representative, Pristina municipality, member;

4. Organisation heads released from the KLA war, member;

5. Kosovo Municipal Association Chairman, Member and

6. Representatives of NGOs.

For the work of the Organising Council for marking the thirteenth anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kosovo, financial means are shared at 70. thousand (seven thousand) euros.
