Hamilton told U.S. Voice. and the EU should pay close attention to co-ordinating the rest of the non-extended “Europe and warned that Europe would never be whole and free until the Western Balkans is included in key European trends.
While, currently dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia has been paused, due to recent political developments in Kosovo.
The European Union's special enthusiasm for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has warned continuing negotiations following the formation of the Kosovo Government.
