According to the court, defendant D. The US is charged that on June 15, 2018, in a coffee shop on the “Nation's witness” in Ferizaj, intentionally, due to unscrupulous retaliation, has denied life to E. I, in a way that because of a dispute a year ago, in which the deceased now had stabbed the defendant, causing serious bodily injuries, the defendant in revenge for the critical day, has gone along with the M.M. and A.A. defendants in the victory mentioned at the heart, where he was now working the deceased, with whom he pulled out the knife with which he sneaked out his back, and so the defendant struck the victim at the chest, which penetrates the heart, whereas the M.M.'s defendant hits the glass bottles and the glass bottles, as well as a few cases, and so the suspect, the D. The US hits eight (8) times with a knife on the back and once on the neck, from which the shock suffers severe bodily injuries, internal and external bloodshed, such as the effect of being sent to KKUK in Pristina, changes lives.

The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj has declared a condemnation of defendants D. The US, a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, who, according to the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act at Ferizaj, is charged with criminally committing a 179 paragraph 1 under Article 1.8 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code (KPRK) and defendants M.M. and A.A. because of the criminal offence each committed separately, participation in beatings by Article 190 paragraphs 1 of KPRK.
The chairman of the War Crimes Department, Sahit Krasniqi, following the hearing of the parties, managing all evidence, final words, defendant D. The S.S. convicted him of committing a serious murder by Article 179 paragraph 1 under Article 1.8 of KPRK and pronounced prison sentences 20 years in length, while defendants M.M. and A.A. for criminal work conducted individually apart from participating in beatings, were pronounced on each and only prison sentences of two years and six months.
