Gjilan's Foundation Court has assigned 30 days of detention to six suspects for the kidnapping of two citizens of Northern Macedonia.
This was made known by a communique by the Gjilan Foundation Court.
The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants V.K., M.I., B.N., V.K., F.S. and M. Z”, said in notification.
There is doubt that defendants on February 16, 2021, with direct intent and with a view to material gain, have taken them and kept them under threat of the weapon of the injured Mr.R. and A.A., in a villa in the municipality of Novoberda, who have been handcuffed into plastic chains, becoming video recordings, which were then sent to the families who were injured.
With these actions, the defendants are suspected to have committed criminal work “the kidnapping” act sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
