Court makes decision for three suspects who beat up their finance coach in Gjilan without reason

The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has approved the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor of this region, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants B. T., A. T. and A. The S who physically attacked Flamur Grabovci, the finance coach in Gjilan. The court's announcement says there is suspicion based that defendants [...]
The court's announcement said there is suspicion that defendants without any cause have hit Grabovci ruthlessly with hand boxing and foot, thus pointing to the high degree of criminal perception of the coach's bodily integrity.
The court also mentions the defendant B.T.'s gun, which was found in his bag and seized by police, as well as the stick of the A.S. tire, which he calls a suitable means of taking life or causing serious injuries to Grabovci.
With these actions, the court estimates the defendant B. T., as the only one has committed criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, while, in co-operation, “heavy bodily possession” works sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
“The judge of the preliminary procedure at the Randa Crime Department, after holding the hearing, has refused the request of the defendants' defenders for the appointment of alternative measures, considering that the appointment of the detention measure creates conditions for successful development of the constitutional procedure”, the statement said further.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
