There are several types of passports depending on host status in their native country.
But how do the Balkan countries stand with regard to the weight and power of their passports, according to “Passport index”.
The worst is the country of Kosovo, where our state unfortunately still does not enjoy the right to visa liberalisation by the European Union.
However, Kosovo is in the 70th place in the world in terms of passport power.
Our citizens can travel to 14 different states without visas and to 34 other countries that are given visas to Kosovars after reaching or otherwise, as “viza is called arrival”.
In 154 other countries, however, a visa is required to enter that country.
14 countries that Kosovars can travel without visas are: Albania, Côte d'Ivoire, Domenica, Ecuador, Gambia, Haiti, Northern Macedonia, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, Palestinian Terri Lanka, St. Vincent-Grenadine and Turkey.
But these are also the 34 countries Kosovars have the right to travel, but should be equipped with visas once they arrive: Bangladesh, Bolivia, Cambodia, Cape Green, comeor, Cuba, Gibuti, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Jamaica, Jordan, Laos, Lesotho, Mako, Madagascar, Maldives, the Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Mozambique, Nepal, Oman, Palatu, Qatar, Samounda, Seylmels, Somalia, East Timor, Togo, Tuvalu, and Uganda.
While, the list of the strongest Balkan passport leads Slovenia and Greece, which currently share the same position among themselves.
These two states are in sixth place in the world and the first in the Balkans.
If you have one of these passports, you have the right to visit 95 countries in the world where visas are not required and 34 other countries that are required after reaching your preferred destination, while in 69 other countries you are required to have a visa to reach your destination.
After that, Croatia stands at currently tenth place in the world and third in the Balkans on the basis of the passport it possesses.
Currently, Croatian citizens have the right to move to 95 different countries in the world without visas, 34 other countries where visas are required after reaching that country, while another 73 states require visas for access either at the border or at the airport.
A little bit weaker and almost the same is Romania, with only one state less than Croatia or more accurately in 94 locations of the world that are not required visas during the visit by Romanian citizens, while there is a more state on visa demand.
The plan continues Bulgaria, which is located in its 12th position as the strongest passport in the world, where through it you have the right to visit 87 different countries on the globe.
Worse than the high-level country, Serbia, which is located 37th in the world, while its citizens have the right to visit 42 visa-free countries, while this is required in 121 other countries.
Almost the same is Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is 39th in the world, with the right to visit without any demands in 40 countries, while 123 different states are required to have a valid visa.
Another Balkan state enjoying the right to freedom of movement is North Macedonia, located 43rd in the world, while its citizens can visit 34 different countries without visas, but not in 129 other countries, where it requires that.
Much worse in the ranking is Montenegro, with two positions below in terms of passport power in the Balkan region, but the citizens of this state have the right to visit 35 visa-free states, while in another 129 countries, visas are required during their arrival, the signal writes.
While, after Montenegro, there is almost the same situation for Albania, where the Albanian country enjoys the right to make it to 31 different countries without visas, while in 131 other states, there must be a visa either behind or before reaching the desired country.
Currently, the strongest passport in the world is Germany's, where the Germans have the right to travel to 100 different countries in the world without having a visa.
