For the number one UN, equality in the distribution of vaccines is the largest moral test of our society.
“The inoculation campaign against coronary has brought hope. But at this critical moment, equal distribution of vaccines is the largest moral test in front of the global community. We must ensure that everyone, anywhere, is vaccinated as soon as possible”, Guterres said.
According to Guterres, the progress so far noted regarding the vaccine has been unfair. Only 10 countries, he says, have provided 75 percent of the vaccines, while more than 130 have received no single doses.
The UN chief added further than only after all are recorded, the world will be safe. Guterres sought not to abandon people living in endangered or unstable regions.
