At this meeting, The KKP has addressed the requirement of competent authority for disciplinary violations on the part of a Pristina Basic Prosecutor's Prosecutor.
In this case, the KKP has unanimously made a decision to suspend the prosecutor's work in question, as well as establish the investigative panel, which will handle the case and recommend the KPK's final decision.
