Through phone numbers, some citizens have received messages so that tomorrow they can come out to vote for what they call Vetevendosje, the February 14th referendum, the number that Vetevendosje holds.
One of the citizens who received such a message at 23:59, has felt concerned, calling it inappropriate to seek votes.
