The institution of the Ombudsman (IAP), in fulfillment of the mission it has on Sunday, February 14, 2021, the day the parliamentary elections are held for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo will keep the Central Office in Pristina open and regional offices around the country, and the teams will also be on the ground to monitor the election process.

The aim of keeping IAP's offices open during the election day process is to accept eventual complaints by citizens, in terms of allegations of voting violations or abuse of guaranteed rights with the country's Constitution and with laws in force.
