Second ceremony held in Kosovo soldiers' sending peacekeeping missions

At the invitation of the National Guard of Iowa, the mission chief at the Consulate in Iowa, Artan Duraku, accompanied by Colonel Ilir Qariqi, Military Attache at the Kosovo Embassy in Washington, DC, attended the ceremony organised on the occasion of the joint dispatch of Kosovo Security Forces and the National Guard on Joint Peacekeeping Mission (Sendof Ceremony for the 3654 Spupport Maintenance Company.
This extraordinary ceremony was organised by the Iowa National Guard at Camp Dodge, and was honoured with federal, military state-level representatives, as well as local Iowa State representatives, like: Kim Reynolds, Iowa State Governor; Joni Ernst, Senator of the United States of America from Iowa; Dave Allen, veterran as well as representative from Senator Charles Grassley's office; Mariannette Miller-Meeks, U.S. Congresswoman from the second district, Iowa, MG Benjamin Correll, Lieutenant General of the Iowea National Guard, Brigadier General Steven Cremer, National Guard of Iowa, Paula Dierenfeld, head of the town of Johnston (taught with Pec), etc.
Had at the first ceremony, federal-level military and civilian authorities and local United States of America, as well as the state of Iowa were addressed to soldiers who would serve on this mission. Messages were also conveyed by Kosovo authorities through a video sent by Lieutenant General Rundman Rama, commander of the Kosovo Security Forces. He thanked the National Guard for having excellent co-operation and said he feels satisfied with the achievements of this ten-year co-operation. Thank the people of Iowa as well as leaders at both the state and federal level for their confidence in the achievements of the KSF and the Kosovo public.
