The news about the EO has revealed CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi, who has said this has been done in order for the CEC to manage to announce the final results of the 14 February elections as soon as possible.
He has further announced that at 1500 o'clock he will hold a media conference in the QNR to announce about the progress of work in the centre.
