CEC shows when to start counting conditional, diaspora votes

“We believe that after completing the recounting process that will take 4 to 5 days we will be able to begin counting votes provided there are about 33,000 envelopes and votes coming from abroad, he told RTK.
“We are currently continuing with the process of evaluating the alleged package with balloting from abroad, he added.
So after the completion of the recounting process, we believe that everything will be ready to start counting on bail, votes of persons with special needs, as well as votes coming from outside Kosovo during the period through mail from February 2 to February 12th”, Elez stressed.
