According to the CEC, the total number of applications which were introduced into the system has been 175 thousand and 273 apps.
Following the verification, 43 thousand and 801 apps have been removed as doubles, which have been submitted from applicants more than once to three voter service e-mails during the application period.
So, according to non-final data, the CEC has accepted from 13 January to 21 January about 131,000 and 500 voter registration applications outside Kosovo.
Only 33 apps have been accepted through postal fah and 195 more through the CEC fax, while most of them, 131 thousand and 244 apps have been accepted through the voting service e-mails.
After the application assessment, 101 thousand and 839 registration applications were approved, while 29 thousand and 633 apps were rejected. In 29 thousand and 100 cases, applicants have been rejected because they have not witnessed the identity or criteria of legal skills or signed the registration app. In 65 other cases, applicants have been rejected because they do not reach the age of 18.
“As a clarification, this is not a final report, because the voting service is still doing checking printed documents and comparing them”, the CEC says.
The CEC's voter service, officials from the call centre respectively, is continuing to verify through the applicant phone calls, which are approved after passing judicial skills criteria.
Phone lines have been added to the call center.
