The CEC will print fewer ballots than other times

The Central Election Commission (KQZ) has made a decision to print fewer ballots than the total number of voters in the February 14th elections. This is a practice followed even in past election processes.
Based on the Final List of Voters, voters eligible for these elections stand 1 million 794 thousand and 862 voters, while 1 million and 617 thousand and 200 ballots, including spare ballots, will be printed.
As a result, 177 thousand of 662 ballots will be printed less than voters or at a rate of 9,89 % less.
The CEC also has access to some observers from various NGOs.
