The sensitive election material that includes the ballot papers is initiated by the Central Election Commission's central depot based on the operational plan and will be distributed to the warehouses of the Municipal Election Commissions in all 38 municipalities in Kosovo.
Meanwhile, early Sunday morning election material is distributed by the Municipal Election Commissions at all polling stations in each of the respective municipalities.
The whole process of distributing sensitive electoral material took place under the special Kosovo Police Unit.
