CEC with key announcement on election day

Accredited observer: It means the representative of a Certificate Political Subject, nongovernmental, government or intergovernmental organisation, the specialised international organisation involved in protecting human rights, foreign country, or media that have received approval from the CEC.
Watchers' Rights and Tasks
The observer, right:
Téi watched without being hampered by anyone, preparations and elections holders, including after election day meetings, hearings and activities related to elections, complaints and jumpers over election results and the definition of winning candidates.
- Write comments to election commissions, and decision-making advice.
- Watch the package, transfer, delivery, training, counting, safe preservation and destruction of balloting.
- To equip it with copies of decisions, protocols, billboards, processes and other documentation throughout the election process, including processes before and after the day of elections.
The observers' responsibilities during the day and the election process are:
- To respect the requirements of the Law for General Elections and the Law for Local Elections, as well as the CEC Rules.
- Keeping a badge of the observer's identity evidently when engaging in observation activities.
- Restriction of distinctive signs which serve as propaganda tools or influence voters' wishes or identify it with a certain political party or candidate;
- It is not for the observer to influence the voter's desire to hide the vote and the voting process.
Media/Exact in Election Process
The scripted or electronic media (media homes) staff who want to enter polling stations, at the polls or at the centre for counting and results on election day or during the count should be accredited by the CEC.
- It is allowed to enter polling stations, polling stations and the counting centre and results, as well as other CEC and ZKZ objects that are open to the public and the media;
What Stops Media?
The press staff should not risk:
- The integrity of the election process.
- Election silence.
- Privateness and the secret of the vote.
The Central Election Commission may immediately withdraw media staff accreditment in case of violating electoral legislation provisions.
The accredited observer has the right to file complaints:
- The complaint near the CEC.
- Municipal Election Officers in the respective municipality.
- In the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtres.
Polles near the CEC, Communist Election Officials, or the CEC Secretariat should take place within the 24-hour deadline.
Such incidents should contain these facts:

- Event time,
- The name of the observer,
- The name of the subject or the organization,
- His/her badge number.

Accredited observers and media are obliged to respect safeguard clauses against COVID-19 approved by the Government of Kosovo and only by implementing them is access guaranteed in the areas where the election process is organised and managed.
CEC, aimed at implementing safeguard clauses against COVID-19, I can limit the number of observers and media that can stay at the same time in the spaces where the election process is organised and managed.
