To vote, citizens infected with COVID -19 and those in possession are sent to the mobile team at the voters' address registered to vote;
The members of the mobile team will be equipped with mask, cloak, gloves and disinfectant tools;
If you as voters don't have protective equipment at home, the mobile team will provide you with mask and bail for protection during the vote;
In order to identify, the voter shows a valid identification document to the mobile team and removes the mask in a short time until it is identified;
Signed on voting list;
Before you get the ballot, you have to disinfect your hands;
Along with the ballot, the mobile team will give you a special envelope to set up the ballot so that you can keep the secret of the vote;
You must have room to vote in secret and independent;
Once you have voted, put the ballot in the special envelope, which you close and put in the ballot box;
After the vote, you must re-infect your hands;
In order to protect the identity of voters infected with COVID 19 and isolated voters, no photographing and filming of the voting process will be allowed;
The Central Election Commission requires citizens' understanding of the implementation of these necessary measures with the aim of protecting health.
