The sensitive election material that includes also ballot papers currently in the Central Election Commission's central depot based on the operational plan is distributed from this warehouse to the warehouse of the Municipal Election Commissions in all 38 municipalities in Kosovo.
Meanwhile, early Sunday morning election material is distributed by the Municipal Election Commissions at all polling stations in each of the respective municipalities.
As far as balloting is concerned, even this year as in any election process, fewer ballots have been printed than the total number of voters, but according to the CEC, this will not restrict anyone to not exercise the right to vote.
The ballots have been printed in Slovenia. Based on the final voter list of eligible voters, there are 1 million 794 thousand and 862 voters, but despite that, the CEC has printed fewer ballots than the total number of voters, there are a total of 1 million and 617 thousand and 200 ballots that have been printed including those reserves. Consequently, there are 117 thousand of 662 ballots less than the total number of voters.
