The debate has resulted from clashes for votes by mail, for which the accession date has been set until February 12th, at 24.
Self-Determination Movement member in the CEC Sami Kurteshi has warned criminal rowing for all members who vote in favour of that decision, while the other members have reacted, the Periscope broadcasts.
At one point, CEC head Valdete Daka has said the meeting must be interrupted.
“Please stop. You're giving us mental violence”, Dhaka said among other things. /Periscopi/
